• Maintain the security of your wallet and account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Rewards and Earnings

Reward distribution is subject to Platform rules and availability. SPUMP reserves the right to modify reward structures, earning mechanisms, and payout schedules at any time. Rewards are not guaranteed and may vary based on Platform performance and user activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Wavecore Solutions LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Engage in market manipulation or wash trading
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAVECORE SOLUTIONS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
